Prologue Chapter 7 no letter

Hello, I just started the game, and i encounter a big bug right at the beginning.

I'm at the prologue chapter 7, the examiner tell me i have a letter and that i must read it to continue, but I don't see the letter.

I click on J and check the letter tab and no letter.

I check the quests thing under the map and all i see is "Chapter 7" and no letter also.

I had many problems to create an account and also to download the game, and now this...
