Does anyone know how long its taking to hear back from support?  I sent an email on Friday and still no answer and a ticket from this morning and nothing yet.

I believe they do not work sundays, other than that mon-fri and saturday aswel. But it all depends on the issue you have. If you send a ticket you should avoid responding to it again until you hear back from support else it resets your position in the queue.

thanks for the info, this is f'ing stupid.  Over 25 hours since their last response when they asked for information.  I give it and then have to wait .... lets see... going on 36 hours since the last interaction with anyone in support.  is there a team of 10 people for the entire customer base on all continents?  this is beyond ridiculous.  if this issue takes a handful of back and forth conversations then with them responding at 0200 pst it will take at least 2 weeks to get help with a very simple issue.  I dont know why I am even bothering to try to come back to this shitshow

I really don't understand what it is you guys send tickets for.. i've sent tickets like 2 times in 4 years.. and both of them were at least 2-3 years ago at this point.

Don't forget they are also dealing with the Corona lock downs and stuff.... give it time... they are probably only concerned about more crucial tickets then anything else atm

Every time ive sent a ticket ive been replied to in hours at most a day

yea.. i sent a ticket in wednesday.. still no response and this waiting is blocking my ability to progress the event box
