Hongmoon secret technique Volume 1-5

Hi all, I play practically from the beginning, but now I'm doing a reroll from summoner to FM, I bought an LV60 voucher and created a new character, but I need some advice on how to unlock the Hongmoon skill 1-5. Previously, it was possible to buy it for the Retrieved secret technique that fell from the dung, but now I found it only for blood stone fragments. Can it be obtained otherwise?
