New badges from thorns and swarm for hight pin

Hello , I have a couple of questions and I would like to know if you can solve them for me. For the summoner of thorns that badge is the best the undying, war cry or wingrise, because I have read that the warcry is already better than the other two, but I would like to know your opinion,

And if I wanted to go to wind, I have a high ping over 200, would the new badge (paragon) be good or should I go to thorns?

If your ping is higher than 150 you should forget about going wind/Swarm.

 

For thorns:

 

Warsong soul badge is the best one if used with the alternate weapon path that gives 100% more damage on nettles and burr toss.

Wingrise badge is garbage dont ever make it.
