erro blade and soul when i'm dowloading how i fix it please??

Close the launcher. Go to the folder where the error tells you to:

DD_C:\Program Files(x86)\NCSOFT\BNS\contents\bns\cookedPC

delete the file: 00002912.upk

 

Download the new 00002912.upk file from here(i uploaded it from my client): https://drive.google.com/open?id=1pMndnsWHBhUbv-hGJ5eIlVMMNg_b53-z

Then start the launcher. It should see the file as complete and continue.
