UPDATE!!!!

hi guys can pls help me...

im having a problem updating my NCLAUNCHER

 

 

when its updating i always get an error message

 

cannot access file another programmay be using the fuile you want to update

restart the system and try again...

 

im doing it over and overrrr

but still not worrking..

WHAT SHOULD I DO PLS HELP

 

i check every file or app or prrogram that maybe using it but still no other

Try turning off Anti virus Programs. Avast for example is the biggest culprit for problems like this. Best programm ive used yet was Avira.
