help with crafting guilds

ok so I'm a level 51 warlock and when I go to the guild page where you can order items I only have the option to order the special materials. meaning I cant craft anything's because the first thing you can actually craft is the supply box witch requires normal materials. so I just cant level up in the guilds to get the thing I joined them for. currently I am in the foregekeepers and radiant ring
(for the hongmoon brilliant keys) but I have tried every guild and all of them are like this. so could someone please help me

You can salvage the premium materials to get the normal ones. Thats how it works. Then you can combine X of the normal ones back to get the premium ones.
