Did not Receive Urban Legend after buying 365 day Membership

So yea the title is pretty self explanatory..i bought the 365 day premium membership yesterday after the update and i didnt receive my urban legend outfit only the old Fable outfit. So I'm curious to know if anyone else had this issue...cuz im starting to freak out here thinking im the only one this happened to....
