Hello I'm not really sure where I can ask this I hope this is the right topic....so I'm form the European Union to be more pecific from Hungary...last time I was allowed to submit my entry but now I can't find EU on the allowed list....did most of the EU got banned from the contest? Or can I enter with my drawing ?
