very sad i use new amd adreanalin 2020 driver edition amd radeon boost technology is not effective on game no increase framerate why my actual card is amd radeon 5700XT why game no use my card efficiently

The engine the game runs on is CPU intensive not GPU.  So a good video card will not make you have much higher fps. It might change a bit once the engine upgrade comes in a few months.

I'm using  R7 2700x with RX 5700 XT Sapphire Nitro+ and 19.12.2 AMD Driver Version and it works perfectly fine,
