Everything else they just filter out or simply ignore it, guess no one told them what Communitymanager means and whats his/her job.

They wont be able to tell you if they do not know. That being said you will find out if it comes when there is an actual announcement.

Maybe the roadmap they intend to share will have some info, other than that they will never tell you if something is coming or not because if anything changes afterwards, people just cry and complain.
