BOTANY CENTER NO ENTRANCE

hi im new to this game. im HM 14. and i cant see no portal or entrance going to botany center or titan.

i have finished my orange quest temple of succesion chapter 9. pls help

Did you also finish the story?

 

The reason you cant see it can be :

 

1. You didnt progress the story enough to open them

2. Your client isnt properly patched

3. (very unlikely) your HM level is too low.
