I Got banned for nothing

Hello Everyone ,

i hope someone can help me , My friend account got ban cuz he have Issue with his network company and every time his ip changed , and NCsoft think he share his account with someone in other country , 

he don't know what he can do now . I hope the support can replay me and fix this problem .

Forget to say the support said his country got locked for the game but he's living in this country's

No one in the forum is able to assist you with this, especially if you are not the actual account owner. Doubt it would help but he can try pm one of the community managers and see if they can have another review at it but doubt it would help.

 

If they see that an account is indeed being accessed from one of the blocked countries they block the account, there is no way around it. If your friend is living in one of those listed countries, then the only way for him to even have an account is to use a vpn.
