No more exchange tab on Junsorei

Recommended Posts

After not playing the game for about a year, I decided to come back to the game. As a Blademaster with full VT gear I wanted to switch to the new specialisation and wanted change my gear accordingly. So I searched the internet and found out about Junsorei the Coin Exchange Merchant who was supposed to have a convenient exchange tab where I could switch out my mystic and my soul badge - only to learn that this tab got removed from the game. So I find it really hard to get back into the game with no easy way to acquire the correct gear for the new spec. Why was this tab removed?

When the exchange tab was announced it was specifically mentioned it was only temporary and would be removed at some point.

For the 3rd spec releases, it was a seperate story, they enabled a special exchange only for the 3rd spec classes which was limited to i think 2-4 weeks.

The badge exchange may come back again at some point, but unless you really upgraded your badges, its faster and easier to just make new ones, especially since for a lot of classes the new ToI badges are whats current end game.

he was asking why the exchange tab was removed and as I don't see you answering that question, I can just leave as guess: you (newbie/returner) should go and buy boxes/crates/troves for some NCoin to get your gear up to date again

Just like i said it was temporary and was removed. it was not something permanent. Also the problem isnt his gear not being up to date, he just wants to switch to a different spec than he originally chose. thats conveniance not game breaking.

It should be possible to freely reroll badges though. Especially when almost every toi season is new badge introduced which become bis at least for one or more classes.

Old accessories can be salvaged into cruxes, so why is not there something similar with fused badges to avoid the full fusion price? Isn't the need to farm two new badges punishing enough?

I'm not sure, but I think npc will be back as soon as the next 3rd specs arrive

Yes, but even then they did not allow you to exchange old fused badges for the new ones so its irrelevant for him at this point.

With the last 3rd spec release you could only exchange old badge fuse for old badge fuse and new badge fuse for new badge fuse.

The old fused badge for a new pink fuse badge was never part of the exchange npc to begin with.
