Alpine Weapon

Does anyone know if the Alpine Weapon still drops from Silverfrost Heroic dungeons? I've been farming them and the weapon is nowhere to be seen.
Side note : I'm looking for the bracer specifically, and i'm willing to buy it if someone has it saved.

Pardon, but which server are you in? I may have a sealed Alpine bracer on EU server.

Try look around in f5 if anyone else is selling it.
