Really bad loads and crashes

I play on the American server and the game just plays badly. To login to the game takes a long time to get past the splash screen. Then it is the long-time loading to get into game. Then when I zone into a new area the game will crash and I have to wait to get back in because the game still thinks I'm logged in. What going on with the U.S. Server, please? I can't keep playing like this. No other MMO on my PC has these issues.

i'm having this problem too since yesterday till now. couldnt login to play until now.. it was fine the day before. all my other mmo was fine to login . only your bns always..

i'm from malaysia running on fibre line UNIFI isp.

I had to just give up on the game now. I have never had problems like this with any MMO. And the fact they just seem to ignore people with these issues won't help them in the long run.

You complain about long loading times so the issue is probably your pc and not the server. If you don't have a good pc with a ssd you will have long loading times.
