Get penalized after game crashes

Hi,

 

I just only want to complain about the penalization system in PVP. 

I understand that if you left the game during a match in BG, you should be penalized, but what about when the game crashes.

I am active player in BG (every time I login) and I like finish my matches even when I am about to lose. But, if the system crashes, then it does not become my d.. foul.

The game is already annoying to play. A crash every five minutes. But, there I am a premium player and buy items.

There should be a small consideration about it. I got crashed twice during BG and now I have to wait 1 d. hour. 

At least work better in this detail if you cannot offer a decent game.

Unfortunately thats not how it works. They cannot determine if a game crashes or if someone kills the client or leaves, hence why its a general punishment for everyone. This is something players created themselves and NC simply is counteracting in the best way they currently can.

It sucks, but it is what it is.

 

Not to mention there is a huge majority of players who dont experience crashes in BG ( i myself never crashed in BG , ever) so blaming the game entirely may also not be right.

If the crashes other experience would be so easy to fix they would have solved it already a long time ago.
