Master Hong's Warm Wellcome back letter?

I have a quest item called "Master Hong's Warm Wellcome back letter" but I can't seem to get it to work. Is there something I need to do? I just came back BnS and I jsut finished story quest.

You may need to make more inventory space first, then right click on the scroll.

Update, I made put couple of item into storage I have 14 empty slot but I still can't use it.

check you quest list, If i am not mistaken, you may have another master hong quest active.

Are you sure you don't have items left in your Overflow Inventory ?

 

 

Also make sure you have completed all Purple quests.

 

If no suggestion works, we recommend contacting Customer Support.

Same problem for me any solution? I finished the full main story and still got the Letter.
