Trigger effect VS Celestial sigh effect

Hi All

my question.

what exactly is doing : Celestial sight effect (AP,stat,bonus,combo items set,definitely% dps) and i Trigger effect 

items : celestial emperor ring , mythic ring

picks up +aktivates Trigger mythic effect all items or activate just 1 triger effect ring

and what to choose for PVE dps 

please list exactly what the effects are % + DPS + AP + other

basic trigger effect info pls

If you have a choice between Myth Ring and Celestial emperor ring then Celestial Emperor is the way to go.

The effects itself don't do anything, they just trigger the additional things mentioned on the rings so:

 

Celestial emperor  - Celestial Sight Effect: When the effect Triggers you get 25 Boss attack power for 5 Sec as long as that effect is active (This affects everyone in your party)

Myth Effect - Chance to trigger +10% Crit Chance and 900 Critical Damage during the effect (this is only affecting you)

 

You have to look at the overall stats rather then the effect itself.
