Can't purchase Ncoins

when i tried to purchase coins it tells me thats i have a problem with the bank 

and thats not true i used my credit card normally plz help

You would need to contact support for it.

But it still while most purchases elsewhere work fine, some may be blocked by your bank or not allow to be done. I had that with another game i played, turns out my buy attempts were being flagged and denied by the bank.
