game crashes... help

hey so i am playing blade and soul, my game starts out well i can select which of my characters i want to play but as soon as i click play and my bar at the bottom goes all the way to the end a screen pops up saying corrupted files and say scan files. when i scan flies though my game says nothing is wrong. what do i do? please i need help?
