Is it possible to transfer items from SIN to my KFM

I have a question. Is it possible to transfer items from SIN to my KFM and then convert items (SIN gear)? My weapon, bracelet and glove. If yes, who should I contact?

You have to buy "Brilliant Sealing Charm Fragments" to be able to send your current gear on another character, you can buy them in F10 with NCoins or from other people/F5

 

EDIT: You can hover over your each item to see how many Charm Fragments you need to send.

All the gear will become boxed in mastercraft boxes or w/e it's called. When you open it you will be able to choose class specific gear. So yeah, you can convert any one class gear to other class gear, but only the one which is resealable. Source: NcSoft support. Asked them, cause want to reroll. Be aware tho, weapon will have random number of gem slots, so you may lose slots or gain them, depends on how many you had before reseal
