Can't Open Launcher Exe

I can not open the NCLauncher2_Installer.exe at all. I click on it then say yes to the admin message and then nothing happens.

You could try to re-install only the NCSOFT Game Launcher, you can do so by downloading the installer from this link here and save it to your Desktop. 

Right-click on the NCLauncher2_Installer.exe and select Run as Administrator.

Follow the prompts to install the program.
