Is that a glitch?

Hi everyone. I'm back after been inactive for almost 3 years in BnS. So, I am doing a storyline quest here, but take a look at this:

I have been typing this "/mourn" command many times and nothing happened! What am I supposed to do here? Why is nothing happening after that?

try exiting the circle and re-entering and re-writing the command 90% of the time it will fix it, if that doesn't work for you, you can always restart game, leave area and retry.
