where is my NCoin? XD

after i sell some of my gold for NCoin from F9,i got mail notification that i successfuly sell it but after that where i can claim my NCoin,i open F10 stil 0 NCoin,login to website also 0 NCoin,where is it XD,please tell me.

from selling gold you get hmcoins...not NCoins :D

As Liss said, Selling Gold will only give you Hongmoon Coins, you can buy most of the items from F10 with hongmoon coins, only a handful of items are locked behind Ncoins in F10.
