Windwalk Quests

Greetings, I got a problem with the Windwalk-Quests. I just leveled my KFM to 60 HM 5 and still didn't get the 30s Windwalk Quest. My story progress is Act 7: Chapter 3 (Sotrming Faircloud). If I did anything wrong or my progress isn't far enough, please tell me, thanks.

 

Edit: Got it, it's in Solak, thanks to no one.
