Weekly Reward not collectable

Wow 2 times extend the maintenance and still screewed things up.
& weeklys finished, weekly count 0/3 and weekly reward is not collectable. GJ NC-Soft

 

Thats beyond SNAFU, its FUBAR ...

It's even better now because you also get rewards for 5 weeklies, which I'm also not getting because of this.

You were able to turn in quests and have it count for your rewards?

Yes. It also fixed those which didnt count before, ie had 2 completed and 0/3, but now 2/3.

It is still not fixed on NA

As long as it gets fixed before the end of the week I won't stress out.

 

They really need a better QA / UAT process.

I was able to claim it just now.

in my case, i've just done all the weeklies quest earlier, from botany til fallen aransu, the thing is.. eventho the weekly counter still reads as 0/3, i can still claim the 3/3 and 5/5 completion reward somehow, so.. it's okay ? i guess.. lol

I have done my weelky yesterday but it didnt count neither i could claim the reward.
Whein i logged in today Weekly Challange showed me 6/3 and i could claim all rewards.

 

Lets hope it just was a temporary problem ;)
