Download Path Not Changing

I have a friend who is trying to install Blade and Soul using the newest launcher. After he clicks on the install game button he changed bith paths to go to his other hard drive, however it still downloads everything to the C: drive. Has anyone else had this issue before?

launcher 2.0 still buged af. i guess my break will be longer from bns then 3 months lol
