Mushin Tower Problem

Hello, i cant get on the 1st/9th floor on mushin tower, funny thing is that i can start it at floor 16. Im lvl 60 with completed campaign and atm im rly confused, any ideas?

Those floors have a seperate blue quest you need to complete before you can enter.

And whats the name of that blue quest? Ive been searching for it and cant find.

ugh dont remember...its either in your letters or one of the npc's at mushin has it.

Sadly I don't have it at letters and also don't have any quests at mushin :/

So no NPC there has a quest for you?

Did you do the "invitation from Poharan" quest?

Yeah, there's no npc at mushin with any quests, and also I did poha inv quest

Press J, tab quest letters there should be a section Mushin tower.i did this last week on my new alts
