Tayjin's Letter

Hey.

I returned to this game today after being gone for a long time and decided to do the new story content. However I got stuck at Chapter2: A rising threat. After helping the Lyn close the rift at the skygate the quest tells me to read Tayjin's letter but I cannot find this letter anywhere. I used to remember these letters appearing in my inventory but I cannot find it there nor can I find any letter from Tayjin in my many many quest letters. So either I am missing something or the quest has bugged but I could not find any other posts about this.
