Hey there I am a returning player and haven't played since the release of warlock I believe. I did jump back on at one point when the cap was raised. Other then that have no idea what to do and what is going on in the game. Looking to play casually since I need something to kill time after work

Just carry on with the story line. Should give you everything you need to start doing dungeons. Look for a clan(I think it is H on the keyboard). There are many casual ones.
