8 fps problem

i recently come back to the game but it always stays at  8 fps i  dont know what is going on my pc is a asus  and its confiurations are 8 gb or ran intel core i5-6200u 2,8 ghz  with a intel hd grafics 520

i had same problem on my old pc till 2 days ago i got new one ryzen 5 2600 + M.B msi b450m bazzoka blus + 16gb ram 3200 +ssd + gtx 1050 ti  now my fps with max graphic is 40fps in combat my old pc was 9 fps in combat with low setting

Well, for one, your processors are weak. In today's century, i7's are the way to go for processing power.

 

However, it isn't your PC that's entirely the problem. After the Awakening and Empyrean Shadows update/ patches, almost everyone's getting FPS drops and screen-staggering in raids, dungeons, etc. It's more an issue with the game's optimization than your PC that's causing the consistent low FPS and frame rate lag, which [hopefully] might be resolved in the upcoming UE4 update predicted to be released next year.
