Ebondrake wheel adornment question

Hi there,

Is this event ever coming back?
It's pretty much the only awesome adornment compatible with everything.
Would be awesome if a gm or dev replied.

It comes back from time to time, asside the story reward it was for, it was back with if i count good at least 3-4 other events. So just be patient i am sure it will be back again with other cosmetics from story at some point.
