Chapter 7 Letter Not Working

Chapter 7 Letter is not working for some reason do I have to wait for an update for it to be fix or do I have to reset my game. I really want to pass this mission but its not letting me with this bug. Does it only do it to curtain classes or is it just one can someone let me know thank you.

You might need to be more specific with what act you are on and what exactly you mean by "not working." Like does it not go to the next step?  Or nothing happens when you click on it?

The letter for chapter 7 The Proving Grounds wont pop up all its tell me is that I have to press alt to read the letter but no letter pops up for me how do I fix this problem. Do I delete the character and make a new game or do I delete the whole game and redownload it. If there is another way can someone please let me know thank you I really do appreciate it.
