No Weekly Rewards

For so far two weeks I have been unable to claim my weekly rewards, i can get dailies, but not my weeklies i have submitted multiple tickets for the characters that i lost out on rewards for and there hasn't been anything done, all i keep getting is a copy paste response, "go check out the forums." and apparently I'm not the only one that has had this issue.

I always do them on Thursday and Friday on all characters and experience no issues.
