Breeze Ring?

Is there any easy way to get a Breeze ring? I couldn't find it on the market, and the dungeons they drop in dont get any people to join them (Zaiwei Ruins/Plog Sanctum) I'm not in a guild or anything and I'm not sure how to go about getting this item

you can get it from either mushin’s tower merchant (with naksun badges) or from SSP (soulstone plains) faction merchant in silverfrost, though i believe it’s locked behind an achievement in SSP, unless they changed it

Which merchant in mushins tower sells it? Ive checked around the room and couldnt find it

nevermind, i found her, her name is kangcha and she is to the left of the vault area

The mobs in plog sanctum and beast bog drop it often.  Especially the little priests circling the statue in plog.
