Problem reaching LV.20 quest?

Hello, i have had a character for a long time but i havent been playing, and now i came back to BnS and i have a big problem seems like i do not have enough XP at my current lvl seems like they changed the XP of quests, so i continued playing on my already created character, and im all out of quests giving enough XP for my yellow quest "Chapter 1: Stranger in a Strange Land" Speak with Andumo.
I cant take this quest cause i need 36% more XP which i should have asking my friends who made their characters recently from scratch...
Do i need to level a completely new character or is this something i can solve?
Please i'm all out of ideas.

Honestly....since you are only level 20 you can just make a new character, you will level super fast back to where you are and should just continue.
