Broken weeklies rewards

Right now, if you do your weeklies, you're not getting the completion rewards.

You do get the individual rewards, but the display doesn't change from 0/3 and you're not getting the Weekly Challenge completion (i.e. the mats, 6 fortune fish, etc.).

 

Please look into it... reset is very close :(

Did you do the weeklies before the maintenance? If you do them before and claim only the individual rewards the counter will be bugged after maintenance and not let you claim the challenge reward anymore. If that happens you can only do the other weekly quests you have left or suck it up and not get the challenge reward because nc does not care and call this bug working as intended.

Cool that you're aware of it, but we are also aware of the fact that the post you linked hasn't been updated for 18 hours.

So maybe can we get a new UPDATE?

 

Here a fix > Weekly Challenge closes every tuesday night/wednesday morning, do your weeklies before that or you're ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ed! Working as intended !

But you didnt announce it in time since you were only aware of it after it already impacted the players, so can we get a compensation ? thanks

There was no update on this topic as there was nothing new to tell since we are still investigating. We updated this topic again today, but unfortunately, the investigation is still ongoing. It's perfectly understandable that issues that affect many players need to be resolved as quickly as possible. However, we would ask kindly for your patience while we are looking for a solution. We will let you know when there is an update.

They won't even reimburse us. Yup.
This will be storage and mandate rework over again.

This is a legit answer to a ticket i got.

We're nothing but walking wallets to these people, who give no ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ about their playerbase.
