Error while updating NC Launcher

I have been trying to update my NC Launcher and keep on getting error messages with .upk files.

Even tried multiple times to reinstall it but the error keep on coming. I also scanned my launcher and then while repairing, it gets stuck..

can anyone help me what to do!!

 

Now I am getting this below error the error keeps on changing!!

Try restarting launcher when it gets stuck verifying. Or restarting computer if just launcher restart doesn't help.

I have tried that too but every time new error is shown 

but there is only one common thing that problem exits all relating to all .upk files

this time error is ShaderCache-PC-D3D-SM3-skyfram_x_max_event_p.upk  VCDIFF_ERROR_OPEN_FILE

I guess you can only make a ticket with the support then. Those update issues have been here ever since launcher 2 replaced the previous version and so far not much, if anything, has been done to fix them...

Well, as stated in the error message, this is caused because one or many files from the bns directory are being accessed by another process on your computer.

One of the things you can do is use Process Explorer when the error happen to see which process is using the file at the moment.

 

You can find some explanation on how to use Process Explorer on this link.

 

Let us know (hide any sensible data beforehand) what you found out.

Now the error is coming as error in opening file ?

Well I have been trying to update and trying everything to get rid of these error but after these continuous 3days of trials my bns has updated by itself and is working now.

similar issue has been happening to me.  My characters stopped animating in the combat. I  scanned the files > did not change , reset all in game settings  > same ....

then I gave up and uninstall all game ..... I tried to re-install after clean up the remaining folders from C: ....  bumped to this screen around %10 download:
