Mallika Posted June 20, 2019 Share Posted June 20, 2019 I have been trying to update my NC Launcher and keep on getting error messages with .upk files. Even tried multiple times to reinstall it but the error keep on coming. I also scanned my launcher and then while repairing, it gets stuck.. can anyone help me what to do!! Those update issues have been here ever since launcher 2 replaced the previous version and so far not much, if anything, has been done to fix them... healiha Posted June 20, 2019 Share Posted June 20, 2019 Well, as stated in the error message, this is caused because one or many files from the bns directory are being accessed by another process on your computer. One of the things you can do is use Process Explorer when the error happen to see which process is using the file at the moment. You can find some explanation on how to use Process Explorer on this link. Let us know (hide any sensible data beforehand) what you found out. Codum Posted June 21, 2019 Share Posted June 21, 2019 similar issue has been happening to me. My characters stopped animating in the combat. I scanned the files > did not change , reset all in game settings > same .... then I gave up and uninstall all game .....
