When will Blade And Soul have more servers?

I'm a sad and lonely south-american player with 200 ms in-game, my english is awful (only i can understand english but not writing it lol), my only wish is when BnS have more servers for other regions and countrys or even the lenguage of the game. Is it too much for ask?.

I forgot to speak, there is a translation for the game, you only select the language on the launcher, I do not use, so I do not know if it still works, but it does not cost to try.
