Skystone and Tab

I'm fire gunslinger and must ask. How this tab work? Really can't really use it, it should active another skill but i don't know how to use it.

 

Second question- is skystone really so great? Now i have 36lvl and its one of useless skills, it change over time?

Tab will allow you to use bullet storm but only if two conditions are met:

1) you have 5 explosive rounds ready (using tab will automaticaly give you 5 of them, using reload during tombstone will also give you 5 of them and later you will be able to choose tombstone spec that automatically gives 5 rounds with last hit of bulletstorm)

2) the target has debuff from crossfire (skill on 4)

Skystone is good in PvP to buy you some time. Its usage in PvE is situational and you won't be using it that often. You definitively don't want to use it to do dmg. You shouldn't use it at all during leveling cause mobs will reset when you get on it.
