is it too late to return?

Hello fellow BnS players,i had been playing BnS since the launch date and due to circumstances, i had not log in for 2-3years. My question is,

1)is it worth getting back into this game or is it too late to catch up?I played till the story of the game was " to be continued".Therefore i am an old player.Been playing even the story hasn't been completed.

 

2)Is there any major changes in dungeon runs and crafting? Is there anything new to learn?

im downloading now as i am writing this topic. Kindly advise.

That's more like "had not been playing since launch". 

Seriously, though, it's pretty much an almost completely different game since then.

Yeah, too late to return, at best a good time to completely start over.
