This is not a bug. Going too quickly will result in no credit. Just slow down and you will be fine :)

ok I am having the same problem and I have tried this combo several ways.

ok I finally figured this one out.it took a  little bit. I was using the auto combo connect. you have to actually click your mouse 3 time on the second part of the attack or it doesn't register.
