How to fix broken character select UI?

I have not played in a very long time and when I reinstalled ncsoft launcher and let it update the game, My character select screen has a messed up UI. The Quit and Settings buttons are invisible and the other options on the right are invisible with a weird icon mess. What files do I delete to redownload the UI files? I really don't want to reinstall the entire game again.

I advise you to check/repair your files. To do so, you will need to go to the Launcher's settings, top-right corner. You have an option for there there. If that doesn't solve your problem, feel free to send a ticket to support.bladeandsoul.com .

I ended up just deleting the game and redownloading the whole thing overnight. It works now.
