Download speed is terrible

got the launcher set up and started downloading this morning at 9 am it's now 2:48 pm and its only 52% ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ me I could have downloaded my entire steam library 272 games in less time

 

steam maxes out on my net at 20MB/s this feels like 100mb/s or less
