When in F8 -- please default new joiners to being ready.

Sometimes they forget, or sometimes they just hold you up until someone arrives, either way, if they choose to join, it should be assumed that they are "ready".  It doesn't make sense for those joining not to be ready.  They can still "unready" and leave if they want, that wouldn't change, only the starting state -- would start as ready.
