Cannot upgrade my weapons

I wasn't playing for a two years almost.Two years ago i was able to upgrade my weapons.But now i cant.I have True Ivorymoon Bracer Stage 10.And it says cannot reinforce.Salvage for useful items.

I dont know what to do now.

Support might be better equipped to handle this.  Though am not sure.

The old upgrade system was removed. Just follow the story (yellow quest) and you'll get weapons while progressing, ultimately getting the weapon you can upgrade.

And you should salvage you weapon through the antiquity window (there should be an icon showing on the bottom of the screen, something like a little house? with a red number of it (amount of items to be antiquated) to get a legendary weapon and some mats.
