I do not want to offend anyone but I notice that there is something very particular lately in the trove and in the boxes with random prizes. the accessories are increasingly ugly and the rates to get more or less decent are increasingly low .... my imagination or very bad sales strategy? because I think the strategy is to sell a good product at a good price to attract more buyers of that product .... I do not know, but I hope this improves because the truth is getting worse.

I don't want to offend anyone or be rude either but why can't ncsoft just sell us the items that we want to buy? I would gladly pay for something that I know I'm going to get even if it was pretty expensive. This is not a game, it a virtual gambling casino, except most people really can't afford to to play. Most people are broke trying to attend school, pay their bills and survive in the real world. Gambling is a bad marketing strategy. More people would spend their money if it wasn't all about rng with a better chance to get struck by lighting than to win virtual items without spend so much money. It's so bad. You'd think the devs would want their game to last for at least 10-20 years with a large player base. Blade & Soul does a lot of things right in some aspects but gambling is not cool. "How to kill your game...with RNG." I don't know what they're think at ncsoft. They could make more money with other methods than gambling. I wouldn't be surprised if many countries start going the way of Belgium. This is huge and ncsoft could go down the drain if they get hit with a lawsuit. Gambling is illegal in many countries.

One thing that was not initially clear to me and which I was rather surprised about was the fact that each chest requires gold to open.  After actually paying real world money in my case with NC coin and then having to find out each box cost anywhere from 30 silver to 450 gold each (at least that I have seen) to open afterward just seems in bad taste.  That is my personal opinion though and actually makes this event seem MUCH more expensive than a standard trove or other events that I have seen.  Not sure if this is a new model on NCsoft's part - but may be something you may want to review with your Marketing team going forward.   General NA server chat is already getting upset over the state of the game with the server consolidation and the mostly pointless Legends event.  To follow up with this event just seems to be a really poor decision.

I agree, it would be much better to have all the items in the f10 for purchase instead of spending junk box suits that are not worth it, with guto I would buy suits that I could not get in some trove or past event, but never but I will see them leave, or maybe they leave for 12hrs and I just can not see them that day. They should reconsider that marketing strategy they have in the end they will only stay with a group of whales they always buy, many people will lose. They should sell those things in the item shop as an option.

this game will not survive only with the whales, if there are no average players and only the whales are left, 2 months or 3 and they leave, with that we say goodbye to the server, thinking is good, healthy and free. What I see is that this company wants to extract more juice from an orange that has already been squeezed. Do you want to raise? put each and every one of the costumes of the game in the f10 and put a high price (3000 coins) and I assure you that they will raise more than they are doing now. Do you want to continue with the roulette theme? perfect, but give reasons for people to invest and do not poach so for the floor the chanse to get something good, they would have to give thanks that for the moment there was not a program to see the% of the coffers etc because otherwise they would have broken. think and if you do not give them to think, ask for help

Can we all just say that NC is treating us like their Asian-eastern market that consists of consumers spending tons of money on digital goods with no regard for their health?

That's not how we operate here in the west, and it's definitely unacceptable that a huge game industry like NC to treat us like fools, believing that Starcaller would be a way for the to grab a quick buck, when it only makes us more suspicious and aware of their tricks.
