More regular outfit/pet rotation?

I have been wanting Poharan pet for some time, was not able to attend the event it was possible to get, and saw it last time in CS pet pouches like 1 or so ago. Nobody is selling it in AH atm (and if would the price would be quite hefty one i suppose). When is it possible to obtain again, by normal means than randomly waiting someone to put in AH?

 

Also annual outfits like winter event outfits, holiday soiree and so, would be nice to see those in regular rotation in CS than always wait one year, for personal reasons been missing 2 winter events already -__- )

NC won't make this happen. They're running an outfit/pet outfit rotation similar to how Fortnite runs theirs: every week, display new skins that players can purchase using microtransactions, then reset them with new skins.

 

This is a marketing strategy that plays with a person's impulse to buy something while it's available, going off of the "buy now while supplies last" line used in many store and marketing advertisements. It's used to compel people to spend money on something they know they want, or "want," but to do it sooner rather than later because it'll be taken off the shelf soon.

 

This strategy garners a lot of income for game industries because items that are available for a limited time have a higher chance of being purchased then items that are being rotated or remain on the shelf permanently for purchase. Given that NC is trying to make money, they won't change this unless they're under a financial fire, and a last ditch effort would be to start a Black Friday sale on in-game cosmetics.
