Cant contact the support

 Hi everytime i try to submit a new ticket, the site redirect me on my profile page and i cant contact the support

This is sometimes connected to your cache, by clearing your cache or doing a hard refresh with Ctrl F5, you may be able to keep it from redirecting. Another option is to use a different browser or simply sending an email directly to support@bladeandsoul.com.

I try 2 different browser and i have tried clearing cache too, but thanks for give me the mail for the support
